These Terms govern your use of the Site. They apply to every visitor. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site. Continued use after a posted change to these Terms means you accept the changed Terms.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
Any dispute that is not a consumer dispute will be resolved by the Sofia City Court (Софийски градски съд) or the Sofia District Court (Софийски районен съд), depending on jurisdictional thresholds.
If you are acting as a consumer, your mandatory rights remain unaffected, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile under EU Regulation 1215/2012 and to lodge complaints with:
- the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, kzp.bg);
- the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, kzld.bg) for data-protection matters.
10. Translation
These Terms are published in Bulgarian and English. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the Bulgarian version prevails.
